I. Introduction
As the requirement for local data transfer has grown, Device-to-Device (D2D) communication has gained promi-nence as an important part of cellular networks [1]. D2D can boost spectrum efficiency by recycling spectrum resources and lengthen device service life by reducing transmission power [2]. Due to resource sharing, interference coordination is a major difficulty for communication with user diversity including both D2D users and celluar users (CUs) [3], [4], and interference management between D2D and cellular communication affects network speed and reliability.
