I. Introduction
The design and construction of substations has entered the modularization stage. The modular design has the advantages of small footprint, short construction period and convenient construction. In order to reduce the on-site wet operation and shorten the construction period, the modular design of substations cancels the setting of the cable layer in most designs, which brings great adjustment to the work of electrical designers. The cable laying design mainly relies on two-dimensional design. Due to the large number of cables, it is very inefficient to troubleshoot errors manually. Usually according to the location of the cable tray, shaft, cable trench, electrical equipment, electrical panel, buried pipe drawing, cable laying and material statistics. However, due to the limited drawing space and the inaccurate position of the equipment, there are errors in calculating the length of cables and buried pipes [1]. Although it is theoretically possible to lay cables in layers and check the filling rate of channels, it cannot realize single-layer laying of cables in channels., the distribution of cables in any channel cannot be inquired, and the interval between cables in the process of cable laying cannot be guaranteed. With the development of information technology, the use of computer laying software to design cable laying has become a common method. Based on this, this paper combines a certain engineering example, establishes a cable engineering information model by applying 3D technology to substation cable laying, realizes 3D simulation of cable design, and ensures the safety inspection and safety of cable corrosion through collaborative design and collision inspection. precision.
