I. Introduction
Intelligent transportation system is an important part of smart city. In recent years, Debnath et al. [1] require it not only to have the characteristics of intelligence and sustainability, but also to make traffic prediction, problem management and prevention functions; Sherly [2] proposed the use of Internet of Things technology and new data transmission technology to effectively manage the city and regulate the flow of residents in the intelligent transportation system; Prabhu B [3] proposed the emergence of vehicle automatic driving technology, which loads intelligent application and data stream processing technology on vehicles and integrates each vehicle unit into the traffic system, so that all vehicles can automatically brake, steer and accelerate according to traffic flow and system operation, thus improving the operation fluency of the traffic system; Xu Can [4] proposed that intelligent transportation should not only focus on promoting the application and development of high and new technology, but also not ignore the combination with the humanities and the public. All technological upgrading is to better serve people; Zhu Xiaoming [5] pointed out that the big data collected in the transportation system has the characteristics of high density, high timeliness and low value of single data. It is necessary to strengthen the management and analysis of big data in the transportation system, establish a transportation database, integrate platform resources, and improve the overall system operation efficiency.
