Analysis of Current situation and Countermeasures of Performance Evaluation of Volunteers in Large-scale Games Based on Mobile Internet

Using the methods of literature and interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of performance evaluation of volunteers in large-scale games based on mobile Internet, By analyzing the popularity of mobile Internet, the convenience of performance evaluation, the security and privacy of performance evaluation, this paper demonstrates the necessity of performance evaluation of volunteers in large-scale games based on mobile Internet, This paper puts forward the Countermeasures of performance evaluation of volunteers in large-scale games based on mobile Internet.

I. Preface

With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the spiritual needs of the people, more and more large-scale competitions are held all over the country. The successful holding of a large-scale games requires the mobilization of all forces, and the participation of volunteers is one of the indispensable conditions. There are 400000 urban volunteers for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. All Olympic volunteer service stations in Beijing provide information consultation, emergency response, language translation and other services for members of the Olympic family, domestic and foreign media reporters, spectators, tourists and the general public.There were more than 2 million volunteers for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, involving 46 countries and regions, including students, employees, freelancers, retirees and others. However, young people, especially college students, are the main group.In the 2011 Guangzhou Asian Games, 60000 competition volunteers and 500000 urban volunteers participated in the service, of which college students accounted for 68% of the total.The 2019 world military games held in Wuhan was attended by nearly 26000 competition volunteers and more than 230000 urban volunteers. Among the competition volunteers, the main force was formed in the University. Military college students are also widely involved. The total number of volunteers registered for the upcoming 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games is 321400, with 220000 successful applicants (67% of college applicants and 33% of social volunteers), including more than 1800 international volunteers, 94% of those aged 18–30, 33% of men and 67% of women. From the above data, we can see that there is a huge demand for volunteers in large-scale games, and a large number of volunteers inevitably have problems such as uneven ability and deviation of volunteer service concept. Therefore, we need corresponding performance evaluation means to evaluate volunteers in order to promote the improvement of volunteer service quality.
