I. Introduction
In hyperspectral image (HSI), a pixel records the electromagnetic reflectance over a wide spectral range, which enables diagnostic cognition of different materials at a fine-grained level [1], [2], [3], [4]. Also, HSI provides a new capacity for acquiring land cover information on the Earth’s surface [5], [6], [7], [8]. For example, fine classification of the fragmented tree species distribution has become an important application in recent years, and it has been demonstrated to be crucial for forest resource inventory, forestland carbon storage estimation, and species diversity monitoring [9].
