I. Introduction
Resisting significant disasters has become a widespread global issue, and improving their governance is an important area of charity. Disasters and crises will occur at any moment and impact anyone. In the last year, 980 natural disasters have occurred worldwide, with a total loss of U.S. 210 billion [1]. The covid-19 and other pandemic outbreaks have created massive emergencies globally. Global cumulative 2787593 deaths and 127349248 active cases of covid-19 are reported till date [2]. The recent Ebola virus outbreak in Guinea has created a stark and painful situation for society. Every possible effort is put forth by the people of every sector of society (whether it is government, nongovernment, or private) from walks of life to deal with these emergencies.
