Biography
Zhongjiang Yan (S’11–M’12) received the B.E. degree in communication and information systems and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunications from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2006 and 2012, respectively. He is an Associate Professor with the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an. His research interests include wireless resource allocation, network protocols design, performance analysis, and prototype implementation.(Based on document published on 7 June 2017).
