Biography
W. Ray Cravey (S'86–M'87–S'87–M'88) received the M.S.E.E. degree from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, in 1988,He is the President and CEO of Alpha-Omega Power Technologies, Albuquerque, NM, which specializes in industrial pulsed-power systems. He has extensive experience in high-voltage pulsed power, high-speed diagnostics, measurements, signal analysis, and EM modeling. He has published over 14 papers in the area of pulsed power. He also has extensive experience in high-voltage, high-speed, liquid, and gas switching. In addition, he has spent several years in developing ultracompact solid-state switched modulators utilizing surface mount technology(Based on document published on 25 October 2004).
