Over the past few years, AI has emerged as a formidable asset in the battle against spam. AI approaches have demonstrated their potential in improving spam detection in social systems. The importance of AI methods lies in their flexibility and ability to identify patterns, rendering them highly suitable for addressing the ever-changing characteristics of spam. In this paper, we provide an overview...Show More
Localization is crucial for sensor nodes to functionally operate in a sensor network. It becomes more challenging when the nodes are mobile in an area where the GPS coverage is unreliable. The transmission path between the transmitter and the receivers defines the way the signal propagates and therefore the resulting received signal strength. Most sensor nodes use the measured Received Signal Stre...Show More
The wild spread of electric vehicles and the rapid growth of their manufacturing requires an easy, convenient and efficient charging system in public places. Wireless charging is one of the strongest candidates for this requirement. It is very safe and offers good business and commercial opportunities and its convenience promotes greener cities. To this end, this paper proposes a wireless power tr...Show More
In this work, we studied and simulated a solar cell based on CIGS/CdS/ZnO. We have optimized the photovoltaic parameters by varying the thickness and the concentration of acceptors and donors of the different canapes of the cell. Simulation calculations have shown that the CIGS/CdS/ZnO based solar cell provides a photovoltaic conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.20%. The results obtained are in agree...Show More
Mobility prediction has attracted increasing interest in recent years, as correct and accurate prediction can lead to efficient data delivery and provide the user with high quality of service. Moreover, it enables the network to plan for future tasks in the suitable time. In this paper, we present a framework for a prediction scheme that predict the future mobility of mobile networks in three-dime...Show More
Understanding the behavior of network delay serves a very important role in network performance and thus application design. While traversing the network, packets incur random delays due to unpredictable behavior of network. Consequently, network delays may fluctuate rapidly and significantly over small intervals of time. This eccentric variation (jitter) in network delay makes it difficult to pro...Show More
Localization is an imperative stage in building a routing matrix between nodes in Wireless Sensors Network (WSN). It is essential for exchanging the measured Data in the network and making informed conclusions. This paper reviews the localization techniques for Wireless Sensor Networks Nodes. It presents a mathematical model for finding sensors locations based on Received Signal Strength Indicator...Show More
This paper proposes a novel node localization algorithm that collaborates with street maps to estimate the locations of mobile nodes. It uses simple motion equations for moving objects in two dimensions to estimate the location of nodes, and then verifies the estimated location using street maps. This localization algorithm reduces the number of periodic beacons propagated into the network and red...Show More
Topology prediction and convergence is a new technique to improve the quality of service (QoS) in mobile wireless networks; it is an algorithm that predicts the topology of the networks depending on network surrounding environment. The predicted topology will be used to update the routing tables in each node in the network. The number of routing control packets will be reduced significantly; becau...Show More
