Biography
Payman Zarkesh-Ha (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Sharif University, Tehran, Iran, in 1994, and Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2001, respectively.,He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM, USA. Prior to joining University of New Mexico, in 2006, he was a Senior Research Engineer with LSI Logic Corporation, Milpitas, CA, USA, where he worked on interconnect architecture design for the next ASIC generations.
