Biography

Dr. Atanu Kundu currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at Heritage Institute of Technology (HITK), Kolkata, he has been a driving force in teaching, research, and professional development since 2006. Dr. Kundu earned his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2016, focusing on subthreshold analog and RF performance trends of multi-gate MOSFETs. His research interests include analytical modeling of FinFETs and HEMTs and VLSI circuits at nanometer nodes.He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the IEEE Kolkata Section (2024–Present) and has held key roles such as Secretary (2018–2019, 2023), Treasurer (2020–2021), and Executive Committee Member (2016–Present)....
