Biography
Kaixue Ma (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU), Xi’an, China, in 1997 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2007.,From 1997 to 2002, he was with the Chinese Academy of Space Technology, Xi’an, as the Group Leader. From 2005 to 2007, he was with MEDs Technologies Pte Ltd., Singapore, as the Research and Development Manager. From 2007 to 2010, he was with the Singapore-based public listed company Singapore Technology (ST) Electronics Corporation, Singapore, as the Research and Development Manager, the Project Leader, the Technique Management Committee, and the Technique Consultant, in 2011.
