Biography

Yanwei Liu received the B.S. degree in applied geophysics from Jianghan Petroleum University, China, in 1998, the M.S. degree in computer science from China Petroleum University (Beijing) in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2010. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include omnidirectional vision, multiview/3D video/VR video processing, multimedia networking, and digital twin. He serves in the TPC for several international conferences in the areas of computer vision, multimedia, communications, and networking.(Based on document published on 28 April 2023).

The gamma-ray spectral response of MBE-grown homoepitaxial GaSb p-i-n photodiode has been investigated. We report GaInAsSb-based p-i-n photodiodes operating in the 2-2.4-μm wavelength range grown on GaAs (100) substrates using the interfacial misfit (IMF) array technique.
