Biography
Shih-Chia Huang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, the M.S. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, in 2009. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, and an International Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Business and Information Technology, University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Oshawa, ON, Canada.
