Weiming Xiang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the bachelor’s degree in automation from East China Jiaotong University, Nanchang, China, the M.S. degree in system engineering from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, and the Ph.D. degree in transportation planning and management from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China.,He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA, from September 2016 to July 2019, a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, TX, USA, from November 2015 to August 2016, and a Research Assoc...
