Biography
Wei Yao received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and M.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles.,From 2004 to 2006, he was a Software Engineer with Synopsys Taiwan, Taipei, Taiwan, working on VLSI power integrity. In 2010, he was with the ASIC Service Department, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Hsinchu, Taiwan, developing tape-out design flow on signal and power integrity.
