Biography
Zeng Liu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2006, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU), Xi'an, China, in 2009 and 2013, respectively.,He then joined, as a faculty member in electrical engineering, XJTU, where he is currently an Associate Professor. From 2015 to 2017, he was with the Center for Power Electronics Systems, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, VA, USA, as a Visiting Scholar.
