Biography
Seok-Joong Heo received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 2003 and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 2005. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Graduate School of Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea.
