Biography
Javier Barandiarán received the M.S. degree in computer science from the University of the Basque Country, Spain, in 2004. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. He has been a Senior Researcher with the Intelligent Transport Systems and Engineering Area, Vicomtech, since 2007.
