Biography
Wuyang Zhou received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1993 and 1996, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2000. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering and Information Science, USTC.
