Biography
Antonio Serino was born in Lecce, Italy, on January 7, 1967. He received the Electronic Engineering degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Roma Tor Vergata, Rome, Italy, in 1994.,From 1998 to 2000, he was a Graduate Technician with the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he became an Assistant Professor in 2001. His research activities concern small- and large-signal characterization and modeling of microwave and millimeter-wave active devices, noise characterization and modeling of field effect transistors for microwave and millimeter-wave applications, and design methodologies of millimeter-wave low-noise amplifiers.(Based on document published on 19 June 2006).
