Biography
William T. Roybal received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in nuclear engineering from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, in 1993, 1995, and 2005, respectively.,He is currently with the RF Engineering group, Los Alamos Neutron Science Center, Los Alamos National Laboratory, NM, where he has been an employee for 17 years.
