Biography
Kohji Matsunaga (M'95) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from the University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba, Japan, in 1987 and 1989, respectively, and the Dr.Eng. degree in electronics engineering from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 2009.,He joined NEC Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, in 1989, where he was engaged in the research and development of III–V compound semiconductor devices. Since 1994, he has been engaged in the research and development of microwave high power amplifiers using III–V compound semiconductor. He is currently a Principal Researcher with NEC System IP Core Research Laboratories, Kawasaki.
