Biography
Shiquan He (Member, IEEE) was born in Sichuan, China, in 1984. He received the B.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electromagnetics field and microwave technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2006 and 2011, respectively.,From October 2009 to May 2011, he was a Visiting Researcher in the Electromagnetics and Optics Research Group, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Currently, he is with the School of Electronic Engineering, UESTC.
