Biography

Douglas J. Young, is currently an Associate Staff Member with the Advanced Imager Technology Group, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Lexington, MA, USA. He is responsible for process design and process integration related to CCD imager and APD array fabrication. Before joining MIT Lincoln Laboratory, in 1989, he was a Technical Instructor for MIT’s Microelectronics Educational Facility. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.(Based on document published on 10 November 2014).
