Biography
Kun Fu (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic information engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 1995, 1999, and 2002, respectively.,He is currently a Professor with the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.
