Biography
Lei Zhang (M’06) received the bachelor’s degree (Hons.) from the Department of Electronic Engineering and Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2003 and 2008, respectively.,From 2006 to 2008, he was a Visiting Scholar with the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Los Angeles, CA, USA, where he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow from 2008 to 2010. Since 2010, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, where he has been an Associate Professor since 2012. He has authored over 80 technical papers, co-authored 3 technical books, and holds 9 patents.
