Biography
Tomoyuki Murakami (M’97) received the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in energy sciences from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Yokohama, Japan, in 1995 and 1998, respectively.,He is currently an Associate Professor with Seikei University, Tokyo, Japan.(Based on document published on 2 July 2015).
