Biography

Chang Liu received the B.E. degree from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Weihai, China, in 2018, and the M.S. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2019, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
