Biography
Wolfgang H. Krautschneider (M’85) received the M.Sc., Ph.D., and Habilitation degrees from the Berlin University of Technology, Berlin, Germany.,He was with Central Research Laboratories, IBM, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA, the Siemens Research Center, Munich, Germany, and the DRAM Project of IBM and Siemens, Essex Junction, VT, USA.
