Biography
Haomin Li was born in Kaifeng, Henan, China, in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2011, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang, China, in 2014. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the State Key Laboratory of Electrical Insulation and Power Equipment, Xi’an Jiaotong University.,From 2017 to 2018, he was with the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology (INP Greifswald), Greifswald, Germany.
