Biography
Masahiro Nakajima (S'03–M'06) received the B.S. degree from Shizuoka University, Shizuoka, Japan, in 2001, and the M.S. and Dr.Eng. degrees from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 2003 and 2006, respectively.,From April 2006 to May 2006, he was a Research Fellow of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Nagoya University, where he was a Research Associate from June 2006 to March 2007. From April 2007 to September 2009, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Micro-Nano Systems Engineering, Nagoya University.
