Biography
Ouail Himrane received the Engineering degree in industrial risk management from the National Polytechnic School of Algiers, Algeria, in 2017, the M.S. degree in complex systems engineering with a focus on Critical Systems Conception and Control from the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, France, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Lille for his thesis on “Safety and Operational Performance Evaluation of GNSS-Based Railway Localization Systems Using a Formal Model-based Approach” in 2022.,Then, he joined the ESTAS Laboratory (Evaluation of Automated Transport Systems and their Safety), Gustave Eiffel University to pursue the Ph.D. thesis.
