Biography
Chang Chen (Member, IEEE) received the BS degree in electrical engineering from Xidian University, in 2016, and the PhD degree in information engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, in 2021. He is currently a senior researcher employed by Noah's Ark Lab, Huawei Technologies.
