Biography
Qiang Guo received the B.E. degree from the Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, China, in 2001, and the master’s degree in computer application technology from Guizhou University, Guiyang, China, in 2005. He is currently a Lecturer with the Information Science and Engineering School, Guilin University of Technology.
