Biography
Ben Poulter received his B.S. in Natural Resources Ecology from University of Idaho in 1997 and his Ph.D. from Duke University in Environmental Science in 2005. Following ten years overseas working at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), the Swiss Federal Research Institute (WSL), and the Climate and Environmental Science Laboratory in France (LSCE), he joined NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2016. His research focuses on the integrated of remote sensing observations with dynamic global vegetation models to understand climate impacts and land-use on global biogeochemistry.
