Biography
Xueshi Xin received the B.Sc. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the M.Sc. degree from the University of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
