Biography
Tamanna Sharmeen received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in applied English linguistics and ELT from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and the M.Sc. degree in local development from the University of Padova, Italy, in 2018. She holds a certificate in European Business Studies from the KU Leuven, Belgium. She has also completed certified courses in information technology and business administration, U.K. She has served diverse sectors, including secondary and higher education, non-governmental organization, and civil service.
