Biography

Siqing Sheng was born in Anhui Province, China, on April 12, 1965. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in power system and its automation from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) in 1987, 1994 and 1999 respectively. Now he is a professor of the School of Electrical Engineering, NCEPU. His areas of interest include power system analysis and control, artificial intelligent application to power system, etc.(Based on document published on 16 May 2008).
