Biography
Shuai Mao (Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2012, 2015, and 2020, respectively.,He is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the School of Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
