Biography
Feng Chen (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2013.,From 2008 to 2010, he visited the Professor Emery Browns Research Group, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, and also worked with Harvard University, Cambridge, and Massachusetts General Hospital, Cambridge. He is currently the Vice Dean and a Professor with the College of Artificial Intelligence, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. He has published over 50 articles in various journals and conference proceedings.
