Biography
Mengke Liu (Member, IEEE) was born in Changchun, China, in 1989. He received the B.E. degree from Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China and the M.S. degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
