Biography
Qiuping Li received the B.Sc. degree in electronic information science and technology from China West Normal University, China, in 2015. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems with Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China. She is also with the Peng Cheng Laboratory, Shenzhen, China, as a Visiting Student. Her research interests include heterogeneous cellular networks, vehicular networks, mobile edge computing, resource allocation, and optimization techniques.(Based on document published on 20 January 2020).
