Biography
Xiaoming Xiong received the B.Sc. degree from the Department of Radio, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 1982, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Communication, University of California, Berkeley, in 1988. He is currently a Professor with the Guangdong University of Technology.
