Biography

Xiaotong Zhang was born in Shenyang, Liaoning province, China on May 10, 1989. He received a Master degree in electrical engineering from Harbin institute of technology, Harbin city, Heilongjiang province, China. He is a special person in the field of new energy of National grid Liaoning electric power co ltd electric power science research institute. He is now mainly studying new energy access to the distribution network and dispatching plan. Mr. Zhang Xiaotong won the third prize for scientific and technological progress of national grid Liaoning electric power co ltd in 2017.(Based on document published on 30 December 2018).
