Biography
Bin Li received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2006 and 2014, respectively. Since 2014, he has been with the Department of Communication Engineering with Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. He is currently an Associate Professor.
