Biography
Qizi Huangpeng received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in management science and engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China, in 2013 and 2015, respectively, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of System Engineering.
