Biography
Yonglin Tian received the bachelor’s degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degrees with the Department of Automation, University of Science and Technology of China, and The State Key Laboratory for Management and Control of Complex Systems, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.
