Biography
Eduard Heidebrecht (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and the Dr.-Ing. degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, in 2013, 2015, and 2023, respectively.,He is a Dedicated RF Design Engineer and a Post-Doctoral Scientist at the Chair of High Frequency Electronics, RWTH Aachen University. His research is primarily focused on nonlinear efficient PA design, specializing in wideband Doherty power amplifier (DPA) design across CMOS, MMIC, and hybrid systems from sub-6 GHz to mmWave frequencies.
