Biography

Cheng Xingxin was born in Xianning, Hubei Province, China, in 1983. He received the M. Sc. degree in Tsinghua University in 2008. Now he is an engineer and his major research includes analysis, operation and maintenance of power system.(Based on document published on 22 January 2018).
